Delivery Information
1. Shipping.
Shipping charges may be an additional cost. We offer a variety of shipping options. P.O. Box, APO, and FPO addresses cannot be shipped to using UPS
2. Risk of Loss / Delivery
Risk of loss will transfer to you when VortexMount delivers your order to the delivery service. If the shipping service marks the packaged as delivered, we have to believe the carrier that he delivered it. If customer can not find his package, its customer's responsibility to contact delivery provider, mail carrier, local shipping office and find out where the package was placed. VortexMount is not responsible for any misdelivered packages.
3. International Shipping
We do offer international shipping but we do not guarantee delivery since packages are usually handled by variety of carriers. We do provide tracking number but customer is responsible to find out what is his/her local carrier.
